Preparations for SSSP6th June 2011

Nothing of interest to report25th April 2011

There’s nothing of much interest to report from last week, basically just been trying to get on with writing, keeping up on my reading and the like. I have made a fairly experimental vocal score (if you can call it a score) for the second iOS pop piece, previously called Contemplation but now I think I will call it Decisions. And I’ve enrolled as a proper iOS developer, meaning that I can start testing Tapes EP on actual hardware. And that’s about it really!

in tones: brass/jukebox/television/glitch complete!10th April 2011

One week ago in tones: brass/jukebox/television/glitch took place at the University of Huddersfield, and successful it was. The four themes covered the realms of music, sound art and visual art, with pieces by Richard Glover, Claire M Singer, Rob Lycett, Iman Moradi and myself. Also this week I have been confirmed as presenting at the FIMPaC conference at Leeds College of Music in May.
