ii Gig #4 introduced ‘one man laptop bands’, simple pieces for multiple unmanned laptops. The gig began with Adam Jansch’s Start up (v1.00), a simple piece that makes use of the Mac start up sequence.

There were also pieces by Scott Hewitt, Scott McLaughlin and Graham Booth. The one man laptop band pieces were followed by Softly Tinned, the electronic duo of Tom Riley and Hali Santamas. Read full post…
